  I'm a avid cyclist and 52 years young. I've been racing bikes for the last 10 years. Sole Pilates keeps me strong from the core out to compete against younger Pro Level racers. The workouts are challenging and I feel amazing after each workout. 5 Starts all the way. Pilates is a hidden secret, and this place delivers.
